Initiate a return
To begin the return process for any item you've purchased, please send an email to our customer service team. In your email, include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will then guide you through the next steps.

Full refund eligibility
You can expect a full refund for your purchase if the item received is the wrong size or is found to be faulty. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition with all tags attached. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Our return window
Customers have up to 21 days after receiving their purchase to return an item or request a refund. We encourage you to inspect your items upon delivery to ensure they meet your expectations within this timeframe.

Return postage costs
If you are sending an item back, please note that you will be responsible for covering the cost of return postage. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
